In-Store Purchases:

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to seven days after purchase for a refund. Item must be in re-sellable condition to receive refund Items requiring assembly (home gyms, treadmills, ect.) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted up to seven days after purchase on items kept in stock. If the purchase was for an item not kept in stock, buyer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee. We have the right to refuse any exchange if the product is damaged or not in a re-sellable condition.

An additional fee is charged on any return or exchange that requires our delivery crew to come back out to your home and pick up the product.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be made within 72 hours of original purchase date. All cancelations after 72 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Online Purchases:

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to seven days after item has been received. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping. Product must be in re-sellable condition. Buyer will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. Refund will be initiated after product is received and inspected.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after item has been received. ONLY unused items can be accepted. If a used item is sent back as an exchange, a 15% restocking charge is applied to the returned item. A 10% re-stocking fee is applicable on items not kept in stock. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs throughout exchange. Product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition.

Order Cancellations:

Buyer is only assessed a cancellation fee if the item has shipped. Cancellation fees include original shipping and return shipping charges. There is also a 10% cancellation charge of the buying price.

We try and ship most items within 24 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible!

Damaged Goods:
Damaged goods must be noted within a 24 hour time frame from item receipt. Please contact us and carrier. After the claim has been made and accepted by the carrier, a replacement will be sent.

Heavy Items:
Most purchases over 70 lbs. are shipped common carrier (freight). These items require a pre-scheduled delivery time that is arranged between the carrier and buyer. Please confirm the phone number provided is the best way to get in touch with you.

If the freight company is not able to get in contact with the buyer within 10 days after the product ships, the product is returned to sender at the buyer's expense. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping along with a 15% restocking fee.

It is also the buyer’s responsibility to unload and carry any heavy items into the destination. If a product requires assembly, that is also the buyers responsibility.

 

Shipping Times

We ship items under 70 lbs. either UPS or USPS. Items under 70 lbs. will ship between 1-3 business days.

Items weighing over 70 lbs. will ship within 2-5 business days through Freight.

Free US Shipping only applies to the Continental 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not qualify.
