The Bandbell Bar is 76" long and weighs just 4-1/2 lbs. It is made of red oak and a specially-designed fiberglass bar. The way you use it is that you attach Mini or Monster Mini Bands (sold separately) on each side and hang plates or kettlebells from them. The Bandbell is a revolution in shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, because you are forced to use stabilizer muscles as the weights shift. CAUTION: Load plates or kettlebells EVENLY on each side, or bar will disrupt and flip.

Helps avoid surgery in many cases and prevents injury to healthy joints. 

It is recommended not to exceed 200 lbs. with this bar.
